Since I’ve had to change my diet around a bit, I haven’t been able to try many new recipes this past week. I will be trying a lot of new recipes this next week that I will be able to share with you in my future posts! Instead, we are digging through the recipe box again for a dessert that’s easy and great with ice cream: Raspberry Crisp. This recipe is for 12 servings, but you’ll love it so much it’ll be more like 4 servings!
Ingredients:
4 1/2 cups Raspberries
1 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
1 cup Butter
1 cup Flour
3 cups Thick-Rolled Oats
Preheat your oven to 350F.
Place raspberries in a 13″x9″ glass baking dish or an 8″ square glass baking dish.
In a large bowl, blend brown sugar and butter with a pastry blender or fork. Stir in flour. Mix in oats until batter is clumped together. Scatter over the berries.
Bake for 35 minutes or until the top starts to brown.
I love this recipe for the summer. It’s also an easy recipe to teach your kids!
Hope you enjoy this tasty treat!
