It’s Friday! That means it’s time for a Friday Foods recipe. This time it’s a simple recipe for homemade low-FODMAP pasta sauce. It’s light, but still tasty. You can make in large batches to store for future enjoyment!
Ingredients:
5 medium Tomatoes, chopped
1 cup fresh Basil
1/3 cup Garlic-Infused Oil
1/4 cup Tomato Paste
Salt & Pepper
Add all ingredients to a food processor and process to your desired consistency. Add as much salt as you feel necessary.
